I love traveling, music, theatre, dance, movies, and family
get-togethers. I enjoy spending time with my grandson (the first boy
in my family in 61 years) and 2 granddaughters.
My Occupation:
I have been teaching elementary music in Colorado and Florida for 29
years. I performed for many years in operas, musicals, dinner shows,
concerts, etc.,.until the voice gave out. I now conduct children's
choirs and adult church choirs.
My Family:
I have 2 daughters. Marg and her husband, Mike, live in CA with
their 2 little girls ages 5 and 2. My youngest daughter, Kathy,
lives in Tampa, FL, with her husband Mike and 2 year old son. My
mother is still living and still resides in Lakewood. I was
remarried in 1998 to Ronald Moore who passed away in 2005 of Lou
Gehrig's disease.
Favorite Memories:
I loved the King and I, South Pacific, hanging out in the band room
before school, Mr. Wallace, Mr. Manis, winning the state
championship in basketball, homecoming, the proms, and great
friends. It was a wonderful time and it seemed that the world was
ours for the taking!
