Back | | What's Up:
Hobbies are cross
stitch (when I can find the time), reading and motorcycling with my
husband. I attend Bible Study on a regular basis. I am quite involved
with several Christian groups including the Christian Motorcycle
Association.
My Occupation:
Spent twenty years
+ doing accounts payable. Ten of those in and Architectural/Engineering
Firm and ten in the Brine Shrimp Industry. Was laid off in April of '04
along with twenty other employees. Spent next 7 months cleaning my
house and looking for a job. Ended up using my church training and
volunteer experience to get a job as a Hospice Chaplain. Unsure of
myself at first but absolutely love it after ten months. I love people
(especially older people) and find this line of work to be quite
rewarding. I help people to live until they die!
My Family:
Two daughters, two
step daughters and one step son. Have a total of eight grandchildren
and another in the womb.
Favorite Memories:
Spending time with
Linda Michels. Borrowing each other clothes. Walking home from school
in good weather and stopping at the drug store for a candy bar on the
way. A group of us going to Furrs cafeteria before games.
