| | What's Up:
If it is out of doors I enjoy it. I love to downhill ski, mountain
bike, road bike, randonee ski, fly fishing, backpacking etc. I ski
30 to 40 days a year now and want to increase that in time. In the
Spring I randonee ski the back country and have skied several
fourteeners as well as smaller peaks like Mount Sopris, Star Peak
etc. The Spring trips usually last 7-10 days or so. We winter camp
on these trips and drop off a supply/food cache a week or so prior
to the trip. I also enjoy golf, my goal there is single digit
handicap...getting close. Also like working around the house and
garden.
My Occupation:
I am an architect and I work out of my home. Most of my projects
are residential in nature. Chances are I will never retire....enjoy
what I do. I opened my office in 1976 and will close it when I am
pushing daisies.
My Family:
Margot and I have been married for almost 23 years. I have three
children (Jason, Kim, and Bria) and a step-daughter (Kirsten). Bria
lives in Eugene, and the others live in Colorado. I have four
grandchildren ages 9 mo. to 4 years. They are or will be skiing, and
fly fishing soon....I am looking forward to doing both with them
all.
Favorite Memories:
Riding the chair lift with coach Cooper when we were both playing
hooky.....it was a powder day! Back |
