What's Up:
Moved to Sandpoint, Idaho in October 2007. I'm interested in my
adult daughters and their husbands, my two grandchildren, loosing
weight, getting in better shape by walking and bike rides. We look
forward to biking the Hiawatha Trail (15 miles of old railroad route
- turned into biking trail) on the Idaho/Montana border.
My Occupation:
Still members of Wycliffe Bible Translators - I work remotely (from
home) as a Furlough Personnel Administrator - assist, encourage
Wycliffe members who have returned to the USA for a year of
furlough, and then return to their overseas assignments. Dave works
at Quest Aircraft (check it out
www.questaircraft.com)
My Family:
Our oldest daughter, husband and our two grandchildren are working
at Ukarumpa, Papua New Guinea (missionaries with Wycliffe USA). We
hope to visit them sometime in the next couple years.
Our middle daughter and her husband live in Polusbo, WA. They have
their own landscaping/home improvement company. We will visit them
the first week in September!!
Our youngest daughter and her husband live in Granville, MI. They
will soon celebrate their first anniversary. They will also join us
for a week in Poulsbo.
Favorite Memories:
Band, Mr. Wallace and Hinst, football games, friends, still try to
forget Algebra I!!!
Football
games, marching band with Mr. Wallace, friends - Dink, Barb DeNileon,
Janis Fewlass, Janice Howard (through all the years K-12), Linda
Quante, more I'm sure - 40 years - can you believe that?! Where did
the time go? May we all determine to make a positive impact in our
world as we reach out to help and encourage those less fortunate.
